Leadership Style (High Five)
Analyst - Find the root cause
It’s not that I don’t like ideas, concepts, and theories — it’s that I want to see these proven. And what better way to prove something than with data? Although unbearable for some, large quantities of data make me feel like a fish in water. It helps me be objective, unbiased, and dispassionate. I’m constantly on the lookout for the patterns, connections, and causes behind any result. Others see me as logical and rigorous and often come to me for my unbiased perspective on ideas. Being able to deliver my analysis kindly makes me a great asset to any team full of daydreamers.
Commander - Take charge and direct people
I enjoy stepping forward to lead the team in any situation — and I don’t show up empty-handed! With my experience, I have formed strong opinions and am excited to align others with them. In this process, I’m not afraid of confrontation when presenting my views. On the contrary, I feel that confrontation and open discussion are the first steps towards an agreement. Those who dare take a stand and share a clear vision always attract followers, and I am no different. If I also master the art of listening to others, I will be a respected and fearless leader.
Focus Expert - Focus on what’s most important
To do this, I need something concrete to focus on, so weekly, monthly, and annual goals are my biggest allies. I become confused when I don’t have a clear mission, so goals also help me filter out what’s important and what isn’t. I ask myself daily if what I’m doing is bringing me closer to my destination, and as a result, others see me as an extremely efficient and self-regulated person. My ability to focus also makes me a very valuable team member — if anyone begins wandering around exploring side avenues, I quickly bring them back to the main road, straight to the point.
Self-Believer - Radiate confidence
I am not worried about what the future holds, and deep inside my heart, I know I will get through no matter what happens. My inner confidence and self-motivation allow me to take risks, face new challenges, stake claims, and most importantly, deliver on my word. My confidence applies not only to my abilities but also to my judgments. I seem to make the right decisions in all situations, which, for others, creates a sense of trust and security. This feeling of certainty is crucial for driving the decision-making process in any team.
Coach - Develop people’s potential
I believe that, contrary to what some might think, everybody has the potential for development. No one has ever reached the ultimate level of excellence — there is always room for growth. It is my personal mission to help others realize and use their potential to experience success. As a result, I always look for ways to facilitate their learning, from challenging their thoughts in a discussion to creating environments that facilitate progress. As a leader, I truly care about the development of my team members, and they respect me for that.
