None of this would have been possible without Kyle. I had a vision for the potential of FoodPak and understood some of the tools that were going to be required to support that vision, but Kyle is largely responsible for the execution. He saw what I saw, understood how we can utilize tech to scale, and ran with it. He“s created structure, accountability, and helped me become a better leader by example.

Your little team all knew how smart you are and all the hard hours you put in to accomplish that goal, but there is more to it than that.... it is the way that you work with your team.... I do not think I know of anyone who is so patient with interruptions and all the questions that continually come at you.... You have the ability of making all feel valued and important ....even though your brain is on a whole level higher here than most of us....no one ever feels like they are inferior around you..... your relationship with your team and other co-workers is as valued in my eyes as much as your ability to make our team look so go in the eyes of the company.

Kyle, our CFO, he's also a coder. So he goes in an the amount of customization that he does to create all of the forms... it's incredible. He's really an expert at NetSuite. He's a busy guy, but he's incredible. He so gifted in so many ways and just the nicest guy you'll ever meet. His gift in life is to be able to code and work with NetSuite.
